Organic Food for the better!


Increasingly, people have shown great interested in organic food. There has been a considerable shift on the interest of organic food. Greater nutritional value is one of the key factors that many prefer organic over non-organic food. Fruits and vegetables that are organic have 40% more antioxidants than the non-organic ones and organic milk has an increased 60% of antioxidants and an increase in omega-3 fatty acids which is a vital supplement for people who are suffering from myocardial infarction or other heart related illness.

There has been a growing interest in organic food because people are disappointed with the amount of preservatives, coloring, flavoring are added to the non-organic food to make it last longer and to make it look fresh. Therefore, with many people who are health-conscious these days, organic food is sure to break in the market economy.
